Description of courses:
Mindfulness eight weeks training we offer in Glasgow and Edinburgh provides an excellent foundation for understanding and practising mindfulness in a direct practical way. The knowledge and experience gained on the course should help the participants to cultivate a different kind of relationship with themselves and others and enhance their experience of living and simply being.
Our courses will help you to systematically develop the skill of being present. The training aims to assist you in dealing with what can be challenging and helps you to take better care of yourself and get the most out of your life.
