Description of courses:
I run introductory workshops in the community, workplace and schools. These highly practical workshops are an ideal introduction to mindfulness for those hoping to reduce stress and find balance. Learn about the proven benefits mindfulness can have on your health and well-being and experience some beneficial mindfulness practices.
I run a more in-depth 6 week Mindfulness for Well-being course and also teach mindfulness on an individual basis, in work and in schools.
