How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?

I attend the Mindfulness Practitioners Meet up group in London. I attend CPD events whenever I can, usually 2-3 events each year. I read articles on Mindfulness and subscribe to various online publications.

Do you adhere to appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and frameworks in your work as a mindfulness-based teacher?

I follow the UK Good Practice Guidelines and have just been accepted onto the UK list of mindfulness teachers.
