Description of courses:
Cesare delivers privately run Mindfulness courses to the general public, courses within his Local Authority and bespoke Mindfulness workshops and training for organisations.
His mindfulness courses, training and workshops draw upon the MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Finding Peace in a Frantic World curricula.
Cesare is qualified to deliver MBCT to a clinical population as he is an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Cesare is trained to teach the .b Foundation Training to School Teachers, developed by the Mindfulness in Schools Project.

What qualifications or training do you hold?
Cesare has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from London University. He is also a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, gaining his Diploma from Inter-Psyche, which is part of the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. Cesare completed his Mindfulness Based Teacher Training Retreat with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, part of the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford University.
If you teach MBCT, what professional mental health training do you hold?
Cesare has a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Inter-Psyche, which is part of the Kent and Medway NHS Social Care Partnership Trust. He is a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?
Since 2007, Cesare has engaged in formal and informal mindfulness practice, by attending monthly day and annual week retreats. He keeps abreast with the current research and recommendations in the field of mindfulness through the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, and the Mindfulness Initiative, amongst others. He is committed to continuing professional development via supervision and further training.
Do you adhere to appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and frameworks in your work as a mindfulness-based teacher?
As a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy psychotherapist) Cesare adheres to the appropriate professional and ethical boundaries as set out by his professional body, as well as the appropriate professional and ethical boundaries as set out by the Good Practice Guidelines of the UK Network of Mindfulness Based Teachers.
