Description of courses:

I teach the gold standard 8-week Mindfulness course (combined MBSR/MBCT) and have introduced hundreds of participants to mindfulness through this course since 2009. I follow the Good Practice Guidelines laid out by the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations. I have personally been practising meditation for 22 years and am committed to daily practice, regular retreats and ongoing training.

MBSR/MBCT Teacher Development Retreats 1 & 2 (Bangor University). Shambhala International Meditation Instructor and Teacher Training. PhD in History, Cambridge University. Ongoing: MA in Traditions of Meditation and Yoga, SOAS, University of London.
