Mindfulness for Health. An eight-week course based on Vidyamala Burch\\\'s award-winning book Mindfulness for Health. For people with long-term physical health conditions, including pain.

I attend the annual Network of Mindulness Trainers UK forum. I am in regular and frequent contact with other senior mindfulness trainers.
