I completed, with merit, the Post Grad Dip in Mindfulness Based Applications at Exeter University in 2014.

How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?
I attend regular CPD days please above. I subscribe to relevant online forums including Exeter network, Oxford Centre for Mindfulness. I have a large social media network of Mindfulness teachers and experts through Linked in and Facebook. I also read extensively to support my teaching and personal practice.
Do you adhere to appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and frameworks in your work as a mindfulness-based teacher?
I am not currently registered with a clinical organisation that provides a specific ethical framework. However, I have regular supervision sessions with a registered and very experienced mindfulness teacher. I have extensive experience (10 years) of working in the public sector with vulnerable families and during this time have received training in client confidentiality, personal boundaries, contracting, managing the client practitioner relationship. I am a qualified careers guidance advisor and have been registered with the Career Development Institute.
