Description of courses:
I teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) 8 week courses in group setting in East Midlands or telephone one to one. I facilitate Introduction to Mindfulness workshops and One Day Retreats. I am based in Loughborough but train in many locations throughout UK
