Description of courses:
Mindfulness-based stress reduction course - Stress Less and Enjoy Life More. This is the gold-standard MBSR course. Along with the standard eight 2-hour sessions I offer a free introduction and a free follow up session I also include a day workshop, course book and MP3 downloads. I offer follow up sessions and everyone who has complete the MBSR course is invited to join this growing community.

What qualifications or training do you hold?
I trained to teach mindfulness at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, and in mindfulness centres in France, Germany, Us and all over the UK during the past 20 years. I hold a certificate from the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'Mindfulness in Schools Programme to teach mindfulness to school staff, and to secondary pupils. I am a Living Well facilitator for Penny Brohn Cancer Care. I hold certification from the Westminster Pastoral Foundation for a short counselling course. I am a trained teacher and hold BSc, MSc and PGCE qualifications.

How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?
I attend CPD training at the Oxford Centre for Mindfulness Practice or at Bangor University every 6 months. I meet regularly with other mindfulness teachers, have regular supervision, read widely, receive Newsletters from many mindfulness-based organisations.
