Provide regular mindfulness courses for both adults and young people having trained in Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health with Breathworks, completed specialist MBSR training and TTR2 with Bangor University and trained with the Mindfulness in Schools Project. Currently delivering 8 week courses for the general public, in organisations and for teachers and students in schools and Universities.

How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?

Regular supervision. Maintain contact with teaching organisations to ensure updates on new practices, course updates, attend refresher course retreats and continued professional development. Also attend various networking events and conferences and keep up to date with mindfulness blogs and reading material.

Do you adhere to appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and frameworks in your work as a mindfulness-based teacher?

Yes. I adhere to Breathworks ethical principles and meet the requirements of the UK Good Practice Guidance for Mindfulness-Based Teachers.
