How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?

Up to recently I have been a course participant (for 4 years) at Bangor Centre for Mindfulness . Since then I have attended retreats and the Mindfulness Conference (3 days). I have been revising my course materials for the 2 8-week courses I ran at the Women\'s Centre (Social services provision) in Reading and presented materials on Mindfulness at a Basingstoke Wellbeing Day last week. Through the Order of Interbeing I engage in telephone-based \'Days of Mindfulness\' and practice sessions. I am an active member of the Quakers meeting in silent worship which is related. I am currently planning to engage in UK weekend Community of Interbeing dharma training weekends, to attend the summer retreat again, and to attend some of the teacher trainings run by Bangor University eg the Parent and Child trainings run by Eluned Gold and the Teacher Training Retreat 2 once I have run another course.

Do you adhere to appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and frameworks in your work as a mindfulness-based teacher?
