Currently enrolled on Mindfulness-Based Approaches Masters, Bangor (Foundation, Buddhist Background, Teaching 1, Teaching 2 - completed at distinction level), MBSR teacher training TTR3, TTR2 & TTR1; MBCT training retreat; MSc; MiSP (.b!, Paws b and .bFoundations) training; Bangor supervision training course. MBCT-L training. OMC Workplace Masterclasses.

How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?
Regular supervision, member of Web communities and attend courses/workshops whenever possible. Currently in fourth year of Masters in MBAs at Bangor (Foundation, Buddhist Background, Teaching 1 and Teaching 2 modules completed). On-going CPD: supervision training course - London with Cindy Cooper and Alison Evans in June 2016; OMC Workplace Masterclasses. FoB Events facilitator and lead.
