Description of courses:
I have been teaching the traditional \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'8-week\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' mindfulness-based stress reduction course in central London since 2006. My course are usually around Holborn, Bayswater and Kensington. I also support graduates of my courses with \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'follow-on\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' sessions.
Next course is run over 4 Saturdays, every other week for 8 weeks. Saturday May 19th; June 2nd; June 16th 2018: 9.30am - 1.30pm and Saturday June 30th 2018 10-5pm. Course content is the same as the weekly course.
I also offer taster sessions, courses and workshops for the workplace.

What qualifications or training do you hold?
I have a Masters with Merit in Mindfulness-based Approaches to Health, completed over 5 years, from Bangor University, plus Teacher Development Intensive and Advance Teacher Development Intensives. I am listed on the UK listing of Mindfulness Teachers.

How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?
Regular peer supervision with other mindfulness teachers who have done the Masters programme. Regular supervision with a supervisor from Bangor university. Attendance at CMRP workshops and retreats. Online resources and literature.
Do you adhere to appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and frameworks in your work as a mindfulness-based teacher?
I follow the UK Network of Mindfulness Teachers Good Practice Guidelines.
