As a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist I have chosen an on-going supervised teacher training pathway with The Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice at Bangor University. I have specialist teacher training in mindfulness for pain and illness with Breathworks and interpersonal mindfulness training with The Centre for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School and Metta Programs

How do you continually ensure your knowledge and skills are up-to-date?

I use a variety of different resources to ensure my knowledge and skills are current and up to date. These include books, research papers, pod casts, on-going training and development. As a therapist, I am interested in the clinical applications of mindfulness. I value the courses and resources offered by The National Institute for Clinical and Behavioural Medicine who embrace the work of the world\\\\\\\'s leading experts in mind/body medicine.

Do you adhere to appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and frameworks in your work as a mindfulness-based teacher?

As a mindfulness facilitator, I adhere to the Good Practice Guidelines of the UK Network of Mindfulness-based Teachers.
